Plans, seats and billing
What each plan includes, how seats are counted, and how to change your plan.
Updated
Plans are priced per seat, per month. Billing shows your plan, what you're using against its limits and what your team would cost on each plan. Everyone can look; only the owner can change the plan.
The plans
- Starter: for a solo agent or a small team getting organized. Calling, the inbox, client requests and the missed-call text are included.
- Pro: more seats, and more room for pipelines, automations, forms, booking pages and files. Adds nurture campaigns, custom reports (with a weekly report email), call recording, voicemail drops, and response targets and satisfaction ratings on client requests.
- Business: the most room, plus custom roles, the audit log and priority support: your chats with our team go to the front of the queue.
- Enterprise: custom pricing, agreed with our team. Press Talk to us on its card and a chat with us opens, ready to send.
Plans & pricing on Billing compares every plan side by side: the price per seat and how many seats, pipelines, automations, forms and booking pages each includes, and its file storage. One thing on it is marked Coming soon: SAML single sign-on isn't in the app yet.
Your trial
New workspaces get 14 days of Pro, with no card needed. The days left show on your plan on Billing, and in the dashboard header.
On the Overview tab, a card says when the trial ends and exactly what would change for your workspace on Starter. Owners and admins also see a reminder at the top of every page for the last 3 days; Hide until tomorrow puts it away for the day.
- Keep Pro (or pick any plan) ends the trial now, and you stay on that plan.
If nobody picks a plan, the workspace moves to Starter when the trial ends. Nothing is deleted:
- Running campaigns pause. Leads in them wait where they are and carry on if you pick a plan with campaigns.
- New calls aren't recorded and voicemail drop turns off. Recordings you already have stay.
- Response targets and satisfaction surveys on client requests stop.
- Everyone keeps their access, and pipelines, automations, forms and booking pages over Starter's limits keep working; you just can't add more until you're under the limit or upgrade.
After the move, Billing says your trial ended. Pick a plan to get Pro's features back, or press Keep Starter and the reminders stop.
Seats
Each active person on your team uses one seat. Deactivated people and pending invites don't count. The Usage card shows seats and every other limit, with a warning as you get close, and File storage: how much the files on your leads take. Under Pipelines, Add a pipeline opens Pipeline settings while you have room for another.
When every seat is taken, the Team page's invite card says so. Upgrade, or deactivate someone to free a seat.
What a team costs lets you slide to any team size and see each plan's monthly total, with the best fit marked.
Change your plan
- 1. Open Billing and press Compare plans, or open the Plans & pricing tab.
- 2. Press Upgrade to or Switch to on the plan you want.
- 3. Check the dialog: the new monthly price for your seats, what you get or what you'd lose, and anything over the new plan's limits.
- 4. Confirm. Without online payments the change applies right away. With them, a workspace that isn't paying yet finishes in a secure Stripe checkout. Once you're paying, a bigger plan starts right away and the difference for the rest of your billing period is charged then; a smaller plan starts at your next renewal, and Billing shows the date. Keep your current plan to cancel a move that's waiting.
You can't move to a plan with fewer seats than you have active people; deactivate people first. Enterprise is set up with our team: press Talk to us on its card.
Moving down a plan
The dialog lists what you'd lose before you confirm. Your workspace must fit the smaller plan's limits first (seats, pipelines, automations, forms, booking pages and files); the dialog says what's over. On Starter, running campaigns pause and carry on where they left off if you move back to a plan with campaigns. Custom roles people already have keep working on lower plans, but you can't make or change them.
Payment
When online payments are on, a paid plan is bought through a secure Stripe checkout that shows the final price before you pay, and Manage billing on the Payment card opens your invoices and card details. When they aren't, changing plans here takes no payment, and the Payment card says so. On Enterprise, pricing and how you pay are agreed with our team.
