Let leads book time with you

Publish a booking page so leads pick a time in your working hours, with confirmations and reminders sent for you.

Updated

A booking page is a link where leads pick a time with you: a showing, a consultation, a quick call. Times come from your working hours, shown in the visitor's own time zone, and taken times disappear the moment they're booked.

First, set your working hours

Open Availability, set your Weekly hours, Time zone and any Days off, and press Save changes. Booking pages only offer times inside each host's hours, so a host with no hours saved gets no bookings.

Make a booking page

  1. 1. Open Booking.
  2. 2. Under Start from a template, press Use template on one that fits, like Showing, Listing appointment, Buyer consultation or Quick call. Or press New booking page.
  3. 3.

    On the Setup tab:

    • The page: the title, an intro and what to expect.
    • The meeting: its name, Length, and where it happens: in person, by phone or on video.
    • Scheduling: Start times, Minimum notice, how far ahead people can Book up to, and Free time before and after.
    • Questions: asked after they pick a time. An email field is required, so the confirmation has somewhere to go.
    • After booking: what they see once the time is theirs, or your own page instead.
  4. 4. On the Hosts tab, pick One person or Take turns (each booking goes to whoever is free, in turn), and what a booking does to the lead: Source, Tags and Move their deal.
  5. 5. On the Messages tab, choose what goes out on its own: Text confirmation, Email confirmation, Reminder the day before and Reminder an hour before. Every message has a link to reschedule or cancel.
  6. 6. Press Publish.

Share it

The Share tab has the link, the embed code for your website and a QR code. You can also drop your link into any message: {booking_link} in a template, or Booking link under the inbox box.

When someone books

  1. 1. They pick a time and answer your questions.
  2. 2. They become a lead, or are matched to one you have.
  3. 3. The appointment lands on the host's Calendar and the lead's page, and their deal moves if you set it to.
  4. 4. They get the confirmation, then the reminders.
  5. 5. Automations set for An appointment is booked run.

If they reply to a confirmation, it lands in your inbox. If they change the time or cancel, the calendar updates and the host gets a notification.

Book one yourself

Press Book on the Calendar or on a lead's page, or New appointment from + New in the top bar. Pick the lead, the kind of meeting, who hosts and when.

Manage an appointment

Click it on the Calendar or the lead's page to Reschedule or Cancel appointment, with Let them know to tell the lead. Once it has started, mark it Attended or No-show: attended logs a meeting on their timeline, and both keep your show rate honest.

Good to know

  • Bookings are never capped. How many booking pages you can have depends on your plan: Billing shows your plan's limit and how many you use on the Usage card.
  • Owners, admins and managers can build booking pages.
