Read your dashboard and reports

What each number on the dashboard and Reports means, where it comes from, and how to set monthly goals.

Updated

The Dashboard is your day at a glance; Reports has every number behind it, in detail. Both use the same date ranges and count the same way.

The date range

The tabs in the header (Today, 7D, 30D, 90D and 12M) set the range for every number on the page. Each number is compared with the period before: the last 30 days against the 30 days before them, for example.

Your day and your goal

  • The Today strip counts your appointments, overdue tasks, tasks due today and new leads, with Start my day beside it.
  • The goal card shows how much you've closed this month against the goal and the days left. Owners and admins click it to set a Company goal and goals Per person. It turns gold, with confetti, when the goal is hit.
  • Under them, one line of live team activity: new leads, calls, bookings as they happen. Open it for the full feed.

The four numbers

  • New leads: leads that came in during the range.
  • Open pipeline: the value of every open deal right now, and how much new pipeline was added.
  • Won (named for your industry, like Closed): the value of deals won in the range.
  • Speed to lead: the median time from a lead arriving to their first call, text, email or meeting, and the share reached within 5 minutes.

Click any of them for the breakdown: the trend, where the number comes from (by source, owner or stage) and the leads or deals behind it.

The rest of the dashboard

  • Morning briefing: where to spend your next hour. It's written by AI when that's set up for your workspace, and from your data otherwise. On Pro and up, the questions under it open the answer in search.
  • Forecast: your open pipeline weighted by each stage's win rate.
  • The funnel shows how leads turn into deals stage by stage, and New leads charts the range against the period before.
  • With more than one pipeline, the forecast and the funnel show one pipeline, your default to start with. The small menu on each switches it, and your choice is remembered here and on Reports. The forecast also gives the expected total across All pipelines.

Reports

Reports goes deeper, in five sections:

  1. 1. Trends: each of the four numbers over time. Breakdown opens where it comes from.
  2. 2. Pipeline: open value by stage, the forecast and the funnel, for the pipeline picked at the right of the section.
  3. 3. Leads: Lead sources with each one's share, and Speed to lead with how many were reached within 5 minutes and how many were contacted at all.
  4. 4. Team: the Leaderboard (deals closed and outreach by person) and this month's Goals. Agents don't see this section.
  5. 5. Watch list: Needs attention (leads slipping through the cracks, with one-click actions) and Hot right now (the deals with the most momentum).

Once deals have closing trackers, What closings earn adds the commission: earned in the period and still pending in escrow, by agent, and earned by month. Agents see their own.

Each table can be downloaded as a CSV for a spreadsheet, by people who can export data. Downloads are recorded in the audit log.

Activity goals

Next to the revenue goals, owners and admins can set monthly targets per person for calls placed, appointments booked (not counting canceled ones) and closings (deals won). Progress shows on Reports and on the dashboard's goal card.

Custom reports

On Pro and up, Custom reports builds the report you need: pick what to measure (new leads, calls, texts, appointments, tasks, deals won, pipeline value and more), how to group it (by agent, team, source, stage, tag, day, week or month), the dates and filters, and bars, a line or a table. Save it for yourself or share it with the team, download it as a CSV, and have it emailed every Monday at 8:00 AM to owners, admins and managers you pick. Everyone sees only the numbers for the leads their role lets them see.

Ask a question

Press Ctrl K and type a question in plain words, like "What did we close this month?" or "How many Zillow leads came in this week?". You get the answer and the leads behind it.

Tip: Sources come from the Source on each lead. Set one on every form, booking page and import, and Lead sources shows where your business really comes from.
